Sugar & Shears is the realization of a shared vision by Ashley and Karina—two women from different backgrounds who are deeply aligned in how they live, treat others, and care for their community. That connection and shared philosophy flow through every detail of the shop, creating a warm, welcoming space where every client feels right at home.
Our mission is to mindfully tailor our client experience to every individual’s needs, expectations, and goals using the finest in-demand products in both hair and skin care.
